How to participate

In order to be eligible for the cash back, you need to register as a new customer on the promotion landing website at www.moneybookers.com/cashback/class1casino. This offer only applies to personal accounts, not to merchant accounts. As part of the registration process you will be asked to accept our general Terms of Use, which will govern the relationship between you and us. Further information can also be found in our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

You are not eligible for any cash back under this promotion if you sign up as a new customer because of a referral by a Moneybookers VIP.

You also need to contact us by sending an email to cashback@moneybookers.com or calling +44 207 117 6047 to confirm the amount you wish to upload and the upload method you wish to use, before completing your first transaction. Within 30 days of your account opening you must upload a minimum of €1,000 in total (or the equivalent in a different currency) to your Moneybookers account other than through a funds transfer by a third party (for example, transfers by another Moneybookers account holder or a Moneybookers merchant do not qualify as upload). You can then start to earn cashback on your eligible transactions as specified below.

Before completing the sign up process described above, you have no right to enter into or participate in this Promotion.

Eligible cash back transactions and payment of cashback

• 2.1.
  Once you qualify for cashback transactions, you can earn cashback on all your eligible transactions.
  
  An eligible transaction is each payment you make within 18 months of your account opening (the “Eligibility Period”) to

  • online casinos
  • betting services
  • FX spread betting services
  • bingo and lottery websites; or
  • poker rooms.

  If you are unsure whether the merchant you are intending to send the money to qualifies as a merchant to which this promotional offer applies, please contact customer service at cashback@moneybookers.com.
  
  Please be aware that the amount you can send to merchants will depend on your verification status and spending limits imposed on your account. Please see your account details for methods to raise the spending limits or contact customer service at cashback@moneybookers.com.
• 2.2.
  The earning of cashback on eligible transactions is conditional on you having made a corresponding upload of at least the same amount as the eligible transactions at any one time. An upload is any deposit of funds into your account other than through a funds transfer by a third party (for example, transfers from another Moneybookers account holder or a Moneybookers merchant do not qualify as upload). If your total upload amount is lower than the amount of your eligible transactions, you will only get cashback up to the total amount of uploaded funds. For example, if you upload a total amount of €5,000 and spend a total amount of €4,000 at an eligible merchant, you will receive €40 cashback. If you upload a total amount of €3,000 and spend €5,000 at an eligible merchant (because you may have available funds in excess of your upload), you receive €30 cashback.
• 2.3.
  The total maximum cashback you can earn during the Eligibility Period is €100,000.
• 2.4.
  Earned cashback will be credited to your Moneybookers account at the end of each calendar month during the Eligibility Period.

Moneybookers reserves the right to end this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion or to make changes to this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion by giving notice to existing participants by sending an email to the email account registered with the participant’s Moneybookers account.

By entering this promotion, you accept the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. We reserve to refuse payment of the cashback where we have reason to believe that you have breached or tried to breach these Terms and Conditions or the Terms of Use of your Moneybookers account or attempted to circumvent Moneybookers security or operational procedures. All decisions by Moneybookers are final and no further correspondence will be entered into. Participants agree that no legal action may be brought against Moneybookers by any participant.
