In order to be eligible to participate in the Golden Key Campaign, you need to register as a new Merchant on the partner landing website. This offer does not apply to personal accounts or to Gambling Merchants. As part of the registration process you will be asked to accept our general Terms of Use which will govern the relationship between you and us. Skrill (Moneybookers) E-Mail payment services and Gateway payment services will be free of charge for eligible Merchants for transactions completed within the first month after the date of signup. This excludes fees for sending money, withdrawing money and chargeback fees. After the free period, a special Receive Money fee rate of 1.79% of the transaction volume plus a fixed per transaction fee of 0.15 GBP (or equivalent in the currency in which the Merchant Account is denominated) applies for all payment methods. Other fees apply as set forth in the Merchant Fees section of the Skrill (Moneybookers) Website (http://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=m_fees). All fees are subject to normal price changes over the lifetime of your contract in accordance with paragraph 1.1 of the Terms of Use http://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=terms&l=EN or the Merchant Agreement.
Skrill (Moneybookers) will hold a draw to select a winning Merchant amongst all eligible Merchants. The draw will be conducted randomly by an employee of Skrill (Moneybookers) and will take place within one week of the Closing Date. The winning Merchant will be informed by email to the email address registered with the Skrill (Moneybookers) account.
The winning Merchant will be given the opportunity to be listed on the top of the shopping directory pages of Skrill's (Moneybookers') website for one month.
The winning Merchant is also entitled to be mentioned in the Skrill (Moneybookers) B2C newsletter. The wording of the newsletter remains in Skrill (Moneybookers) sole discretion.
Skrill (Moneybookers) will require the winning Merchant to sign a Merchant Agreement before being able to be listed on the shopping directory pages or mentioned in the newsletter.
The promotion ends on 5th October 2009 at 23.59 GMT. Only Merchants who complete their registration and integration of both the Skrill (Moneybookers) E-Wallet as well as the Skrill (Moneybookers) Gateway Services (referred to as Quick Checkout) within this time period will be eligible.
In order to use our Skrill (Moneybookers) Gateway service, you will need to follow instructions on how to integrate this service into the administration or the website of your shop solution.
